Providing Free Quality Education to Underprivileged Children in Cap-Haïtien
Our school, “École Notre Dame de la Médaille Miraculeuse,” offers free education to approximately 350 children from kindergarten through middle school (grades 1 to 9). Located in Vaudreuil, Cap-Haïtien, we serve children from the most impoverished families who otherwise would not have access to formal education.
We focus on delivering a high-quality curriculum that emphasizes proficiency in French and mathematics, critical thinking, and personal development. Our goal is to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed academically and become responsible, open-minded individuals.

Our schools principles
Qualified Teaching Staff: Our dedicated team consists of 27 Haitian teachers, led by a school deputy and supported by administrators who assist with operations and educational methods. We invest in ongoing teacher training to enhance instructional skills.
Comprehensive Curriculum: The language of instruction is French, which is crucial for educational and professional advancement in Haiti. We place special emphasis on French language mastery, mathematics, and critical thinking skills.
Educational Resources: Our facilities include an interactive projector, a computer lab with 14 computers, and a library. These resources enrich the learning experience and expose students to technology and information literacy.
Extracurricular Activities: We offer cultural excursions, sports, and artistic activities to foster holistic development. Students participate in dance, theater, poetry, and music, enhancing their creativity and social skills.
Academic Excellence: Our commitment to education is reflected in our students’ success. We have consistently achieved a 100% pass rate in the national middle school examinations, demonstrating the effectiveness of our programs.
